November is the month for cooperative assemblies!
In our newly opened Center for New Housing Cooperatives in Belgrade, a working meeting and annual assembly of our European cooperative MOBA Housing SCE was held. We summarized where we were during the twelve months behind us (among other things at 7 international events), what we did, what we tried and also what 2024 brings. During next year we will hold a special focus on the establishment of the MOBA Accelerator, a fund that will support pilot projects of the new housing cooperative created by MOBA members.
During 2023. MOBA held five meetings hosted by member organizations: Zadrugator in Ljubljana, Cooperative Open Architecture and Cooperative for Ethical Financing in Zagreb, Periféria Központ and ACRED in Budapest, Družstvo Racek and Sdílené domy in Decin, Czech Republic, and the housing cooperative Smart Building in Belgrade : )
